Thank you so much ! I am really struggling, pain and no answers from doctors in my area... i do not understand why doctors do not want to help their patients to get better from the root causes. Instead they say pain medication and learn to live with it for the rest of life. It hurts on many levels...including feel betrayed by medical establishments.

Thank you so much for making such an amazing USG video......I have a query, what is the relative position of PCL and Neurovascular structures? Do neurovascular structures lie medial to PCL?

the musculotendinous tendon part of subscapularis ( i think its 50 percent muscle and 50 percent tendon?) begins at the most medial level of coracoid and then the subscapularis becomes fully a tendon body at the glenoid rim level until it reaches the lesser tuberosity?

I've been to see my local physio normally a great guy but we're getting nowhere. The pain is now adding down towards my elbow for some reason. Been to the physio 6 or 7 times now. He's now recommended. Go and see my doctor. Get a ultrasound x-ray and maybe a cortisone injection. I can lift heavy things. It's just the small things like putting the torno cover back on the back of the truck, Or opening a jar. I use a bandsaw at work and after while the pushing through the saw starts to pain up. Be interesting to see what it is. Rotor cuff tendon bursitis etc.
